For as long as I can remember, beginning new adventures in life was all I was about. I grew up in Chicago, Illinois but moved to Greece with my family when I was 18 ready to continue my education at the University of Athens as a finance major. The thought of doing something that wasn't creative, in my eyes, was a deal breaker so I decided to change my plans and I moved to the island of Crete and started working in hotels, first as a receptionist and then moved on to management! I loved working with the tourists and learning new languages but what really intrigued me was the artistry I was seeing in the hotels, in food and pastry. I loved watching the chefs do their thing. It never crossed my mind that I would ever get involved in something similar. Well, 10 years was enough for me and I had to move on.  I decided that a city girl is always a city girl and moved to Athens with my children and decided to study Interior Design while working in real estate and finance (and a few other jobs not worth mentioning), just to satisfy my creativity but there was always something missing but when the day came that I decided to make decorated cookies for my daughter's Godchild's baptism, everything changed! So, here I am, three years later and finally doing what I love.....
